Gourmet salts are a dime a dozen these days. That doesn’t mean you can’t get excited about a new one: enter Solnce salts. Summer is a great time for this kind of product. So many comestibles can be elevated by simply finishing the dish with a dusting of the crystals. My plans in no particular order:
Mango sorbet with salted chili powder.
Sprinkle on chocolate chip cookies.
Perfect Tomato Salad: sliced tomato, sprinkled with salt, a dash of olive oil.
Grilled Fish: hachee preserved lemon and shallot, rough chop coriander, mix in salt and pepper, rub this on the fish, grill, finish with olive oil.
Rim your drink glass.
